Gurgaon Protection Force Pvt. Ltd., established in 2012, is a professionally managed security and facility management service provider based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The company delivers trained security personnel and facility management staff to corporate offices, residential societies, industrial facilities, healthcare institutions, and commercial establishments across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. Our focus is on operational discipline, reliability, and professional supervision to ensure the highest standards of safety and service for our clients.
Founder
Mr. R. S. Rathee is the founder and guiding force behind Gurgaon Protection Force. With decades of leadership experience across multiple industries, he has been instrumental in establishing the company with a strong foundation of discipline, reliability, and professional service standards. A civil engineer with a postgraduate qualification in Construction Management, he brings extensive managerial and operational expertise to the organization. His vision has always been to build organizations that combine professional excellence with integrity and long-term client relationships. Under his guidance, Gurgaon Protection Force continues to grow as a trusted provider of security and facility management services across corporate, residential and industrial sectors.
Director
Pranshu Rathee is the Director of Gurgaon Protection Force. With a professional background in journalism and media, he brings strong analytical thinking, communication skills and leadership to the organization. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai, and has worked with leading media organizations including International Business Times and Deccan Herald. An alumnus of Ramjas College (University of Delhi) and Ashoka University, he focuses on strengthening operations, expanding services and building long-term client relationships for the company.
We have built a strong reputation across a diverse range of sectors, including educational institutions, residential societies, commercial and retail markets, healthcare facilities, and corporate offices.
Our organizational structure is designed for maximum efficiency and accountability. From our dedicated on-site guards to our strategic management, every member of our team has a clear role in delivering excellence.
We have a clear chain of command to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The escalation path is based on the type of issue, from on-site reporting to final resolution at the management level.

Training & Equipment
Our staff is at all times at the pinnacle of their efficiency as we not only help them upgrade their skills but also provide them with what is needed in their line of work. Our sophisticated training is carried out under our partnership program with the Olive Heritage Foundation, who is identified as NSDC as well as DGR Training Partner. We provide our clients with various choices of training as per their requirements. In cases where our clients value and invest in nothing but the very best training, we make sure our security guards are nothing short of professional and expert in their work.
We provide our security officers with complete equipment necessary for the job and can also supply the latest technology depending on client requirements. Essential equipment for any security service provision includes ownership of a two-way radio, a tactical flashlight for security patrols, and a first-aid kit in cases of medical emergencies.
