At Gurgaon Protection Force, our guards are our product. We don't just recruit capable personnel, we continuously build their skills, discipline, and judgement through a structured training program so they can actually handle a real shift, not just pass an interview.
Training runs under the supervision of experienced instructors and follows the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005 (PSARA). Every batch moves through classroom instruction and on-site practice before deployment, and refresher sessions continue through their posting with us.
