All GPF guards undergo a structured training programme that covers access control and visitor management, patrolling techniques, fire safety and emergency response, first-aid basics, conflict de-escalation, CCTV system use, and proper reporting procedures. Guards are also briefed on site-specific rules before deployment at any new location.
Are your guards police-verified?
Yes. Every guard deployed by GPF goes through a full police verification process before joining. We also maintain biometric records and photo ID for all staff. Clients can request verification documents for any guard on their site at any time.
How quickly can you deploy security guards at a new location?
For standard deployments in Gurgaon and nearby areas, we can typically deploy within 48 to 72 hours after contract signing and site assessment. For urgent requirements, we work to deploy within 24 hours, depending on availability.
Do you provide 24-hour security guard services?
Yes. GPF deploys guards in 8-hour and 12-hour shift rotations to provide continuous 24/7 coverage. Supervisor visits are scheduled across shifts to maintain consistent performance at all hours.
What is the difference between a security guard and a security supervisor?
A security guard handles on-ground duties access control, patrolling, visitor management, and incident response. A security supervisor manages the guards, conducts site inspections, handles escalations, and maintains communication between the ground team and client management. Supervisors typically manage 8 to 20 guards, depending on site size.
Housekeeping and Cleaning Services
What is the difference between regular housekeeping and deep cleaning?
Regular housekeeping includes daily maintenance, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washroom cleaning, and waste management. Deep cleaning is a more intensive, less frequent process that covers areas not cleaned daily, such as AC ducts, grout lines, upholstery, behind furniture, and hard-to-reach surfaces. Most offices need daily housekeeping plus a quarterly deep clean.
Do you provide housekeeping services for residential apartments in Gurgaon?
Yes. GPF provides residential housekeeping services for individual apartments, villas, and gated society common areas in Gurgaon and NCR. Our residential housekeepers are background-verified and trained in home cleaning standards.
What cleaning products do you use? Are they safe for children and pets?
GPF uses commercially available, industry-standard cleaning products that are effective and reasonably safe for occupied spaces. For sensitive environments like homes with children or hospitals, we can use eco-certified or low-chemical products on request.
Pricing and Contracts
How is pricing calculated for security guard services in Gurgaon?
Pricing depends on the number of guards required, shift hours (8-hour or 12-hour), site location, and any special requirements such as armed guards or female guards. We provide a clear written quotation after a free site assessment. There are no hidden charges; all costs, including uniform, ID card, and supervision, are included.
What is the minimum contract period?
Our standard contracts are for a minimum of 3 months. For seasonal or event-based requirements, we also offer short-term deployments. Long-term clients get dedicated account managers and priority service.
Do you handle PF and ESI for deployed staff?
Yes. GPF manages all statutory payments, including PF and ESI, for all deployed staff. Clients receive monthly compliance reports confirming that all deductions and contributions have been made. This protects clients from any labour law liability.
